По информации NBC, взрыв произошёл в офисе медицинского здания города Алисо-Вьехо (Калифорния). Известно об одном погибшем и трёх раненых.
Во время взрыва произошёл пожар, но его быстро потушили приехавшие оперативно пожарные.
Свидетель рассказал, как видел женщин, бежавших с места инцидента. У одной была вся голова в пепле, у другой — ранено запястье и шла кровь.
Произошла эвакуация близлежащий зданий, в том числе школы, которая находится в соседнем здании, где в этот момент были совсем маленькие дети.
По предварительным данным, была применена бомба с детонатором, но ФБР сделало заявление, что угрозы обществу нет.
