The World Health Organization notes that the types and forms of coronavirus show that there is no second wave of the pandemic, said Dorit Nitzan, regional emergency director at the WHO Regional Office for Europe, Sputnik International reports.

During the conference ‘Pandemic 2020: Challenges, Solutions, Consequences’, she noted that there are countries where the incidence is increasing, but there are also countries where it is decreasing.

Nitzan noted that many people don’t realize that coronavirus is a very threatening disease because only 5 percent of the world’s population has become critically ill.

But these 5 percent suffer very badly, and their lives are in danger, she added. earlier reported that insurance policies against coronavirus were becoming popular among Russian clients in connection with a new outbreak of the disease.
