By the end of 2020, Russian GDP will fall by 4.5 percent, Aleksei Kudrin, chairman of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation, said at the All-Russian Civil Forum – 2020, TASS reports.

The European economy will fall by about 8 percent this year, even 9 percent, and the UK - by 11 percent. I think our economy will fall by more than 4 percent, maybe 4.5 percent, he noted.

NEWS.ru earlier reported that the International Monetary Fund (IMF) didn’t rule out that it might revise the forecast for the dynamics of Russia’s GDP downwards, despite the signs of a ‘sound recovery.'
