Belneftekhim concern and Gazprom Neft subsidiary held negotiations in Minsk. The Belarusian side proposed a tolling scheme for oil supplies to the republic according to the formula 20 to 80.
Gazprom Neft will be able to supply oil to Belarus without a premium, taking the fifth part of the provided crude for tolling, explained Belarusian concern's press secretary Alexander Tishchenko.
According to the official, Belneftekhim wants to make its best to ensure fuel supplies to the gas stations considering the interests of the Belarusian consumers.
At the same time, Gazprom Neft representatives are interested only in making profits and refused from other forms of participation in the Belarusian fuel market structure. In this regard, the resumption of negotiations is not possible. The Belarusian side intends to offer the same conditions to other companies, reports Interfax news agency.
