According to Izvestia newspaper, investors from the Middle East have already signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Russian side and are ready to start implementing the projects by the end of 2019.

We are ready to cooperate in other areas as well. In particular, the construction of a cement plant, the construction of housing facilities, the water treatment plant, as well as projects in the energy and other fields are being considered, said Stefan Dovin.
